John qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1991 and has worked for both leading property consultancies and blue chip companies such as Whitbread, Accor, and Tesco where he acquired both land and buildings for development or repurposing as hotels, restaurants bars and has developed in excess of two million square feet of retail space. He became a freelance consultant in 2010 to complete the delivery of a phase of the Old Trafford Cricket stadium complex developers and end users sourcing opportunity and land delivering over £100m of value for clients. In his spare time John likes to collect vintage travel guides and cycle.

A qualified Town Planner, with twenty years of experience of working within the public and private sectors. Managerial and team leadership experience gained at English Partnerships, HJ Banks & Company, McCarthy & Stone and private practice has resulted in the participation in a number of successful strategic brownfield projects involving residential, commercial, leisure, retail and community uses.

This experience, coupled with a long standing track record of identifying viable land opportunities within this sector, and then successfully delivering them to the development market, has provided a sound working knowledge of all aspects of the development & planning process associated with contaminated land.

Paul brings more than twenty-five years of experience supporting major UK development projects, with a career built around unlocking complex sites and guiding them successfully through the planning process. He has worked across residential, infrastructure, energy and regeneration schemes, advising developers and landowners on strategy, risk, and stakeholder management to secure commercially viable outcomes.

As founder of Lexington North, Paul built the business into the leading specialist planning and development communications consultancy and steered it through to acquisition by an international group. His work with developers, investors and landowners has seen him involved at every stage of the development cycle, helping shape deliverable proposals and support their progression from concept to consent.

Paul began his career in research and policy roles before moving into property-focused consultancy, developing a reputation for commercial leadership, strategic insight, and the ability to drive major projects forward.

Duncan is a senior technology executive and widely regarded as an industry-leading expert, regularly speaking at events and contributing to industry media. He specialises in strategy, design, site selection and implementation of mission-critical data centres and enterprise infrastructure. He is heavily involved in Edge Data Centre strategy and 5G. Duncan has a very successful track record in advising private and public sector clients on strategy and designing major change programmes. Duncan is a big music fan and supports the Junction Arts Centre in Cambridge.
