TEA and Environmental, Social & Governance.
TEA addresses the challenges of development and embraces the EU and international ESG standards, A dedicated SMART framework drives the business to address todays major environmental challenges.
Our Goal
TEA seeks through its values and development process the reversal of the societal and environmental depletion of land left behind by legacy industries and historical urbanisation. It is often the case that such land, labelled as 'artificialised', loses its natural qualities and resilience, leading to the reduction of biodiversity leaving a negative natural world and societal impact. Whilst this applies to the urban, there is a context where land previously accustomed to post-1945 agricultural monoculture exploitation can be reinvigorated to positively contribute to the natural environment.

Best In Class
TEA demands of itself to be 'best in class' and focuses on its schemes and supply chain to be delivering sustainable outcomes. We also seeks to align with the European Objectives and Regulatory Framework and with the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations
